Folklore Museum

Housed in the home of Dr. Aristidis Christakis, the purpose of the museum is the preservation and dissemination of the historical heritage and tradition of the region.

Stone Bridge

For centuries, it was used as a key passage, as it connected the Citadel of Servia with the Lower City. It crosses the stream of Saint George Kremastos and it is characterized as a single-arch bridge.

Saint John the Baptist

Near the northern part of the Castle Town walls is located the church of Saint John the Baptist, a small single-nave basilica dating back to the 14th century AD.

Basilica of the Catechists

Marching through the Castle of Servia, the ruins of the Basilica of the Catechists are majestically visible. The works carried out between 1995 and 2000 brought to light valuable information about the history of the monument, which dates back to around 1000 AD.

Byzantine Castle

The Acropolis of Servia covered an area of about 2,500 sqm. It was part of the great Byzantine Castle Town, built between 560 and 650 AD, among the Pierian and the Kamvounia Mountains.

Haliacmon River

It is the longest river in Greece, gathering the water of the mountains of Western and Central Macedonia, and giving life to a large part of the country before flowing into the Gulf of Thermaikos.

Photography Museum

The Photography Museum is located in the small hall of the building next to the church of Saint George in Neraida and includes historical photos of the lives of the area's residents, as well as rare newspaper publications.

High Bridge of Servia

The historic bridge was built to join the two banks of the artificial Lake Polyfytos in the valley of the Haliacmon River. Today it is part of the national road that connects Kozani with Larissa.

Floating Port of Servia
